Our integration services involve checking to see how the antenna and RF components will perform within the system they are used in.

We start with simulation to determine how the system as a whole will affect the antenna and RF circuitry. We then know what needs to be done to ensure the antenna will meet the desired specifications. This accomplished, we offer further services in which we check the antenna in the final product to see that it is indeed working as expected.

With our testing setups, we can test the performance of the final result for a variety of parameters, including VSWR, radiation pattern, bandwidth, and gain. This final stage of testing is important, for it confirms that the antenna is performing as it should and that there are no unexpected events missed in the simulation process.

In addition, during this final stage of testing ways to improve the antenna and RF system are frequently identified.

If desired, we need not stop with this basic testing. We can go further and demonstrate the effects of minor variations within the RF and antenna system, whether from component tolerances or other variables. We can do this both hands-on and with simulation. This service is useful in order to identify potential pitfalls in the production line and surprises in the final product.
